I’ve lost four kilos!

Okay, ever since I started my diet four weeks ago, I am proud to say that I have finally dropped about four kilos from the original nine kilos that I have gained since the start of this year. How? It’s easy. I cut down on eating. Ate less carbs, especially at night and went back to the gym. Growing some muscles can really help your metabolism. I know, you’ve heard this all before but it’s true and it works. Besides, the extra strength in your arms and legs feels great as well as seeing some tone get into that growing bulge.

What has been my diet so far? A two or three protein shakes aduring the day and maybe a light dinner. I also throw in a cereal bar or two in there to just keep my stomach churning throughout the day. At night, I hit the gym for some high intensity cardio. This save me a lot of time in the long run so I still have enough time to do strength training AND still get home before nine p.m. I love this new reoutine. It’s less boring because there’s less pressure on myself.
