Okay, so we’ve tried the Lean P90x and that really got some results for us. It’s now time to get into doubles p90x. Pretty crazy? Yes it is. It’s CardioX in the morning and then the classic P90X schedule in the afternoon. It’s going to be insane. I can feel my body changing already and it has only been a week. Randy Orton is not kidding aroudn with this workout. I already took a look at the 300 spartan workout and it sounds really iffy. I don’t think it’s worth the money to invest in a semi crazy type of workout like that. I would prefer the P90x series because it works and all the blogs out there seem to confirm this. With a lot of work and dedication, you will definitely see results in 90 days. My current meal plan calls for a lot of P90X and just a wee bit of food. I ‘m hoping to lose ten pounds by the end of 30 days and another 10 pounds at the end of the 90 day cycle. I hope I lose the fat I gained this year.
