Even better, have all your five meals exclusively as fruits and veggies. It really helps your diet this way.

No food at night. The easiet dieting tip is to not eat at night. If you’re hungry, try sleeping it off. The munchies are a bad idea at night. You eat all that food and the energy you get from the food is not burned immediately and is instead stored as fat. A pretty bad idea if you’re trying to lose weight. Try having your next meal AFTER your workout in the morning instead and sleep off any hunger. Take care not to starve yourself TOO MUCH that you’re at risk of developing stomach ulcers, though.
